Food in Beijing- Best Hummus in Town

I really enjoy eating hummus, so when I discovered Cedar’s hummus I was enthralled. The hummus has such a creamy and fluffy feel to it. The flavor itself is wonderfully balanced. In my addiction phase, I eat hummus a few times a week. I request a plate of veggies and I eat that wrapped in pita after I dip it in the hummus. Perfect for lunch! They have other great Lebanese dishes as well.
